Listed on the Stock Exchange of Hong Kong (HKEX stock code: 771), the ASL Group is a major subsidiary of Computer Sciences Corporation (CSC).
Background
Automated Systems (HK) Limited was founded as a local systems integrator in Hong Kong in 1973. The company was listed on The Stock Exchange of Hong Kong Limited under the name of Automated Systems Holdings Limited (The ASL Group) in November 1997. The Group consists of six major operating companies: Automated Systems (HK) Limited, ELM Computer Technologies Limited, CSA Automated (Macau) Limited, ASL Automated (Thailand) Limited, Automated Systems (HK) Limited Taiwan Branch and Automated Systems (HK) Limited Philippine Office.
The ASL Group delivers one-stop IT services including applications and software development, consulting, systems integration, maintenance support, help desk, data center, outsourcing and training to corporate customers across all industries. For the year ended March 31, 2006, the Group reported a turnover of HK$1,104.2 million.
