Megalithomania! was an official CD-R release by Coil limited to a pressing of 230 copies, 123 of which were available in their box set The Key To Joy Is Disobedience. It is a live recording of their performance at the Megalithomania festival at Conway Hall in London, England.

According to the credits, "Coil were: Jhon Balance, Peter Christopherson, Thighpaulsandra, & Ossian Brown with Pierce and Massimo. Sound By Danny Hyde."
