Clacton Airport (ICAO: EGSQ) is located 1 NM (1.9 km; 1.2 mi) west of the pier at Clacton-on-Sea, Essex, England.

Clacton Aerodrome has a CAA Ordinary Licence (Number P733) that allows flights for the public transport of passengers or for flying instruction as authorised by the licensee (Trevor Keith Butcher). The aerodrome is not licensed for night use.[2] Of note, a Public Footpath crosses the airfield mid-way along the runway.
