Anglicans Online

Anglicans Online (sometimes abbreviated as AO) is an unofficial weekly newsmagazine of the Anglican Communion. Its editorial staff is private and unaffiliated. A project of the Society of Archbishop Justus founded in 1994, AO includes more than 30,000 links and has more than 200,000 readers. [http://www.therevealer.org/archives/links_000047.php Revealer] calls it 'a kind voice in what has increasingly become a shrill, angry denomination. Anglicans Online is intellectual and populist, liberal and alert to the virtues of conservative thought, plugged into the world and wholly dedicated to chronicling the life and times of "God's frozen people."'

The site includes comprehensive listings of Anglican organizations, official websites and parish websites. It is updated each Sunday night by a volunteer staff who also write a weekly editorial letter commenting on matters of church history, theology or politics. The editors of Anglicans Online are Cynthia McFarland, Brian Reid and Richard Mammana, Jr. Volunteer staff members come from the UK, New Zealand, Canada and the United States.
