The Roman Catholic Diocese of Tacna y Moquegua is a suffragan bishopric of the Metropolitan Archbishop of Arequipa in southern Peru, comprising the lay administrative regions Tacna Region and Moquegua region.

It was established on 18 December 1944 as the Diocese of Tacna, as a bishopric split off from the Archdiocese of Arequipa (until 1943 a mere bishopric).

On 11 July 1992 it was renamed as Diocese of Tacna y Moquegua.
