The Meath Senior Hurling Club Championship is an annual Gaelic Athletic Association hurling club competition between the top Meath Clubs. The winners of the Meath Championship qualify to represent their county in the Leinster Intermediate Club Hurling Championship and in turn, go on to the All-Ireland Intermediate Club Hurling Championship. In 2008, Kilmessan became the first Meath club to win a Leinster hurling club championship, when they won the Leinster Intermediate Club Hurling Championship. The first senior hurling championship was held in 1902 and Navan Hibernians finished as the inaugural winning team. The 2011 senior hurling champions are Kildalkey who defeated Navan O'Mahonys by a score of 3-11 to 0-10.
