Future prospects

According to the Interior Minister Cristian David, the Border Police will be gradually integrated into the National Police until 2010 [Evenimentul.ro, [http://www.evenimentul.ro/articol/pina-in-2010-politia-de-frontiera-va-fi-integrata-in-politia-nationala.html "Pînă în 2010, Poliţia de Frontieră va fi integrată în Poliţia naţională" (Until 2010, the Border Police will be integrated in the National Police)] , accessed on June 19, 2008] or 2011 [Adevărul, [http://www.adevarul.ro/articole/cristian-david-in-italia-nu-e-totul-perfect/354433 "Cristian David: În Italia nu e totul perfect!"
