The 1965 International Championship of GT Manufacturers and International Prototype Trophy seasons were the 13th season of the FIA World Sportscar Championship. It was a series for Sportscars (referred to as Prototype) and Grand Touring cars. It ran from February 28, 1965 to September 19, 1965, and comprised 20 races.

Although composed of 20 races, each class did not compete in all events. Some events were for one class, while others were combined events.
