Jual Oram (born 22 March, 1961) is a member of the 14th Lok Sabha of India. He represents the Sundargarh constituency of Orissa and is a member of the Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP) political party.

He is popularly known as Juel Bhai. He is a former Cabinet Minister in the Government of India. He is now the Vice President of the Bharatiya Janata Party and is one of the most veteran leader from the State of Orissa who is one amongst the two founding Legislative Assembly Member from the Bharatiya Janata Party in the State of Orissa. He has already served as the President of the Bharatiya Janata Party in the state of Orissa for more than four years and is one of the best Tech savvy (Information Technology) leader from the state of Orissa. He has his personal web site from which he used to interact with his people and is always assessible and used to redress the problems of the people then and there.
