Playmouth Drake was a borough constituency in the city of Plymouth, in Devon. It returned one Member of Parliament to the House of Commons of the Parliament of the United Kingdom.

The constituency was created for the 1918 general election, but abolished in the 1948 boundary review which came into effect in 1950. It was recreated by the Second Periodical review and therefore returned in the February 1974 election, but was abolished again by the Fourth Periodical review at the 1997 general election.
