Mayor of the Halifax Regional Municipality

The Mayor of the Halifax Regional Municipality holds the highest office in the municipal government of Nova Scotia's Halifax Regional Municipality. The mayor is elected at large during municipal elections, held every leap year and is the head of the Halifax Regional Council.

The current mayor is Peter J. Kelly (since 2000).
