Tooronga is a railway station in Melbourne, Victoria, Australia, located in the suburb of Malvern, on the Glen Waverley railway line. Tooronga is classed as a Host Station and is in Metcard Zone 1.
Facilities
The station is located at the western end of the Tooronga Road level crossing and next to Milton Parade, with station access from both.
The station consists of two curved side platforms: Platform 1 (citybound) has a large fibro building, while platform 2 (Glen Waverley bound) has a smaller fibro building. A large Metcard machine is located at the entrance to platform 1, which is able to dispense most ticketing options available and also accept notes and coins. A small Metcard machine is located at the entrance to platform 2.
