Ginifer is a railway station in Melbourne, Victoria, Australia, located in the suburb of St Albans, on the Sydenham railway line. Ginifer is unmanned and is in Metcard Zone 2.

Facilities

The station is located between St. Albans Road and Willaton Street, with station access from both.

The station consists of two side platforms: Platform 1 (Flinders Street bound) has a large brick building with an enclosed waiting room and a disused ticket office, while platform 2 (Sydenham bound) has a smaller brick building. A large Metcard machine is located inside the waiting room, which is able to dispense most ticketing options available and also accept notes and coins. A small coin-only Metcard machine is located at the entrance to platform 2.

History
