Ken Weaver (musician)

Ken Weaver is an American singer, songwriter, and musician. He was drummer for the rock band The Fugs in the 1960s. He wrote and sang the songs Slum Goddess, I Couldn't Get High, Wide Wide River, Dust Devil, and Four Minutes to Twelve, and contributed to numerous others. He has since retired from performing. Ironically, Weaver worked for the CIA during the 1980s as a Russian translator. A 2005 interview of Weaver can be found at http://www.furious.com/PERFECT/kenweaver.html
