Innvik is a village and former municipality that is now in the municipality of Stryn in Sogn og Fjordane county, Norway. In 2007, the village of Innvik had a population of 369. History

The municipality was created as "Innvik" formannskapsdistrikt in 1837. In 1843, Stryn was separated from Innvik to form a municipality of its own, leaving Innvik with 2,675 inhabitants. On 1 October 1922, the district of Raksgrenda with 120 inhabitants was moved to Stryn.

On 1 January 1965, the rest of Innvik was incorporated into Stryn.
