Bilston is a small village in Midlothian, Scotland, located North of Penicuik. It is next to Bilston Glen industrial estate.

Bilston Burn ("burn" being Scots for a stream) is classified as a Site of Special Scientific Interest.

There is a proposal for a road bypass around this village, which is opposed by eco-warriors who have built tree houses there [ cite web|url=http://bilstonglen.wikispaces.com/ |title=Bilston Glen road protest |accessdate=2007-11-20 ] .
