Butere/Mumias District

Butere/Mumias District is an administrative district in the Western Province of Kenya. Its capital town is Butere. The district has a population of 476,928 (1999 census) and an area of 939 km² [http://www.statoids.com/yke.html] .

The district has four constituencies, which are same as the divisions.
