São José de Ubá

It is a very delightful village located in the north west region of the state of Rio de Janeiro. Hosting one of the highest rates of entrapenuers this town offers a sense of old Brazil. You are as likely to pass a cavalero on horse back as a car on the streets. The City is full of pride and the local mayor has instituted a clean city campaign resulting in clean and safe city streets. This has transended into a community pride unseen anywhere else in Brazil.
