Trans-Proteomic Pipeline

The Trans-Proteomic Pipeline (TPP) is a widely-used freely available open source proteomics data analysis pipeline developed at the Institute for Systems Biology (ISB) by the Ruedi Aebersold group under the Seattle Proteome Center.
