Delamere is served by Delamere railway station which opened on 22 June 1870. Delamere is also the home of the Delamere forest which is one of the biggest forests in West Chershire. Delamere has some other good places to visit like Old Pale, Eddisbury Hill and Delamere stores. Delamere also has a number of places to eat, such as the popular Station House Cafe and Delamere Cafe located opposite the Forestry Commission Information Centre. Delamere Forest is also the home to the most spread out GoApe! courses. GoApe! is a high wire forest adventure with 26 sites across the UK.
