Antonio Sánchez de Bustamante y Sirven (April 13, 1865 - August 24, 1951 in Havana, Cuba) was a Cuban jurist.
He was a Cuban authority on international law, author of the Bustamante Code. A delegate to the Paris Peace Conference (1919), he was later Justice of the Hague Tribunal (Permanent Court of Arbitration). He was also president of the Pan-American Congress (1928), which ratified his monumental code of private international law, coordinating legislation applying to the international security of person and property.
He had two sons, Gustavo and Antonio Arturo Sánchez de Bustamante Pulido, both prominent attorneys. His grandson was Antonio Sanchez de Bustamante-Montero. His law firm was located at Calle Aguacate #502 in Old Havana.
