Middle Creek Township (also designated Township 12) is one of twenty townships within Wake County, North Carolina. As of the 2000 census, Middle Creek Township had a population of 25,151, a 66.7% increase over 1990, and a population density of 0.67 people per acre (166/km²).

Middle Creek Township, occupying 37,376 acres (151 km²) in southern Wake County, includes most of the town of Fuquay-Varina and portions of the town of Holly Springs.
