Eight ships of the French Navy have been named in honour of Abraham Duquesne:
* "Duquesne" (1787-1803), a 74-gun ship of the line
* "Duquesne" (1811-1814), a captured Russian 73-gun ship, used as a school ship
* "Duquesne", a 86-gun ship (1813-1814)
* "Duquesne" (1814-1836), a 74-gun ship of the line
* "Duquesne", a steam and sail ship of the line (1847-1867)
* "Duquesne", an unbuilt "Lyon" class battleship (1914)
* The heavy cruiser "Duquesne" (1924-1955)
* The frigate "Duquesne" (D 603)
* A "Barracuda" type submarine is scheduled to bear the name
