Palmer Hermundslie

Palmer J. Hermundslie (death April 1970), with his brother-in-law Earl Bakken, founded the company Medtronic in 1949 in Minneapolis, Minnesota. Prior to Medtronic, Mr. Hermundslie worked in the lumber business.
