Tây Ninh (Hán tự: ) is one of the 64 provinces ("tỉnh") of Vietnam, located in the southeastern part of the country. Its capital is the city of Tay Ninh.

Tây Ninh has a population of 989,800 and an area of 4,028 km².

Tây Ninh Province is the birthplace of Trịnh Minh Thế, a nationalist and military leader during the end of the First Indochina War and the beginning of the Vietnam War.

Tây Ninh is home to the Cao Đài religion.
