Chief Minister of the North-West Frontier Province

The Chief Minister of NWFP (CM) is elected by the Provincial Assembly of the North-West Frontier Province to serve as the head of the provincial government in NWFP, Pakistan. The current Chief Minister is Ameer Haider Khan Hoti who belongs to Pashtun-nationalist Awami National Party. It is noteworthy that ANP despite of being the sole representatives of Pashtun majority in the province (rival JUI-F have an Islamic Deobandi bent), Hoti is the first Chief Minister from ANP.
