Dalva de Oliveira

Dalva de Oliveira or Vicentina de Paula Oliveira (b. in Rio Claro, São Paulo, Brazil, May 5th, 1917 - Rio de Janeiro on August 31, 1972).

De Oliveira was a Brazilian singer and one of divas of the Radio Era. She was married to composer Herivelto Martins and mother of singer Pery Ribeiro. On August 31, 1972, Oliveira died as a victim of internal bleeding, likely caused by cancer.
