Abdul Ati al-Obeidi ( _ar. عبد العاطي العبيدي ) (born 1939) is a former Head of State and Prime minister of Libya. Abdul Ati al-Obeidi was one of three main negotiators in Libya's decision to denounce and drop their Nuclear Weapons program.
