John Palmer (ca 1738 – 19 July 1817, Bath) was an architect who worked on some of the notable buildings of Bath in England. [cite web|url=http://www.bathnes.gov.uk/press_releases/a-f-releases/discovery_of_18th_century_archit.htm|title=Discovery of 18th century Architectural drawings|publisher=Bath and North East Somerset|accessdate=2008-08-07] He succeeded Thomas Baldwin as City Architect in 1792.
