"Urban Menace" is a very low rated 1999 film directed by Albert Pyun and staring Snoop Dogg, Big Pun, Ice-T and Fat Joe.

Trivia

* Tagline: Out for revenge
* The director, Albert Pyun shot this movie simultaneously with two other "urban"-features, The Wrecking Crew (1999 film) and Corrupt, making sure his producers got the most out of their money.
* Shot in Central and Eastern Europe (presumably Czech Republic and Slovakia) on a shoestring budget.
* Was mostly created in order for the rappers Snoop Dogg, Ice-T, Big Pun, Fat Joe and others to launch a movie simultaneously with their latest rap-albums.
* Contains a "Warning" from Ice-T in which he says that the movie contains extremely much violence, blood, gore, et cetera. Ironically, most of the things he mentions are uncommon, or don't feature at all in this movie.
