"The Globalist" "aims to provide current and up-to-date news analysis and perspectives on wide-ranging global issues that touch all global citizens". It claims to be a unique international magazine that "accepts articles from authors across the globe and attempts to provide a voice to all in order to better understand the processes and impacts of globalization".

"The Globalist" was founded by Stephan Richter, who is also its Publisher and Editor-in-Chief. "The Globalist", in addition to its English-language flagship, also publishes German- and French-language editions.

Contributors

"The Globalist" aims at educating the mainstream domestic market on complex global issues. As such, its content, although written for layman, is authored by domain experts, who include top policy analysts, government officials, researchers, and international organization and nongovernmental organization experts.
