"Bleecker & MacDougal" is the debut album from Fred Neil, a pioneer Folk rock musician. The album is 34 minutes of non-stop heart and soul from Mr. Neil, sung with a mesmerizing low voice, and flawless acoustic guitar work. This recording had a huge influence on fellow Folk-Rocker Stephen Stills and others, and was a cornerstone album for the Folk rock movement. Guest musicians were Felix Pappalardi on bass, and a young John Sebastian playing harmonica.
