Talbot Rice Gallery

The Talbot Rice Gallery is part of the University of Edinburgh, in Scotland and was established in 1975. It takes its name from David Talbot Rice, the Watson Gordon Professor of Fine Art at the University of Edinburgh from 1934–1972.

The Gallery comprises three exhibition spaces: the light, modern and airy "White Gallery", housing around five main shows per annum; the historic "Georgian Gallery" with an interior by Playfair, which is home to the University's permanent collections
