Ricochet firing

Ricochet firing

Ricochet firing is the firing of artillery at a low angle so as to cause the shells to skip across the ground. Bullet skipping is a valid method in self defence and in warfare. A skipped bullet will reach underneath an object to hit the intended target being a person, tire, or other. Caution: a skipping bullet is not like line of sight; it may hit unintended targets.
