Louie McCarthy-Scarsbrook, born 14 January, 1986 in Lewisham, London, is an English rugby league player for Harlequins RL in the European Super League. He plays as a prop.

Early career

He is a product of the Quins RL Junior Academy squad. McCarthy-Scarsbrook toured Australia with BARLA U18s in 2004.

McCarthy-Scarsbrook has made appearances for the Quins and also spent the 2005 season on loan at Hull FC's Senior Academy, and played a prominent role in Hull's reserve grade Grand Final winning season.

Harlequins RL

Louie has signed a new first grade contract for 2006.

Louie is also known for having the longest name in Super League.

England
