Blain Kevin Morin is a Canadian politician and labour union organizer, who represented the Sudbury, Ontario riding of Nickel Belt from 1998 to 1999 in the Legislative Assembly of Ontario. He was a member of the Ontario New Democratic Party.

Morin replaced Floyd Laughren, who retired in 1998. He was elected to the legislature in a by-election on October 1, 1998, defeating Progressive Conservative candidate Gerry Courtemanche by 1,364 votes. However, in 1999, the provincial ridings of Nickel Belt and Sudbury East were merged for the 1999 provincial election, and Morin declined to run for the NDP nomination rather than competing against Sudbury East's popular incumbent Shelley Martel. There was some consideration that he might run for the NDP nomination in the neighbouring riding of Algoma—Manitoulin, but this came to nothing.

Before entering elected politics, Morin was on the executive of the Canadian Union of Public Employees. He subsequently worked for the Ontario Federation of Labour.
