Jason Robert Hardtke (born September 15, 1971, in Milwaukee, Wisconsin) was a Major League Baseball second baseman.

Drafted by the Cleveland Indians in the 3rd round of the 1990 Major League Baseball Draft, Hardtke made his major league debut debut with the New York Mets on September 8, by|1996, and appear in his final game on July 13, by|1998.

Hardtke was notable for his role as a replacement player during Spring Training prior to the 1995 season. Replacement players took over for professional baseball players when the Major League Baseball Players Association went on strike. The strike was resolved at the end of Spring Training. Hardtke would return to Major League Baseball with the New York Mets in 1996, however, was blacklisted and not permitted to join the Major League Baseball Players Association.

He also played in Japan for the Hanshin Tigers in the 2000 season.
