The fourteenth edition of the
football (soccer) at the Pan American Games was held inSanto Domingo, Dominican Republic fromAugust 2 toAugust 15 ,2003 . Eight U-23 teams competed, with Mexico defending its title. TheSouth America n teams played with their U-20 teams. For the second time the women's tournament also included in the Pan Am Games.Men's Competition
