U.S. Route 264 is a spur of U.S. Route 64, located entirely within the state of North Carolina. It currently runs for mi to km|199 from Raleigh, North Carolina to Manns Harbor, North Carolina at US 64.

In July 2005, a six lane freeway dubbed the Knightdale Bypass, but most commonly called the 64 Bypass after the main highway U.S. Route 64, was opened to traffic. The newly-constructed freeway travels from Raleigh's Beltline, Interstate 440, to the existing US 64/264 freeway east of Knightdale. US 264 was rerouted along with US 64 to the Knightdale Bypass. The old route is designated as US 64 Business.

The Pamlico Scenic Byway follows US 264 between Belhaven and Manns Harbor along the Pamlico River and Pamlico Sound.
