Patricia Torres Ray (born 1964 in Pasto, Colombia) is a Democratic Farmer Labor Party member of the Minnesota Senate, representing District 62 since 2006. She currently serves as the Majority Whip. Her district is in southeast Minneapolis.

Ray replaced the retiring Wes Skoglund. She is the first Hispanic American to be elected to the Minnesota State Senate.
