Southern Africa-Indian Ocean Division of Seventh-day Adventists

The Southern Africa-Indian Ocean Division of Seventh-day Adventists (SID) ( [http://www.sidadventist.org/ website] ) is a sub-entity General Conference of Seventh-day Adventists. Its headquarters are in Irene, Pretoria, the executive capital of South Africa. It covers the area of the nations of Angola, Ascension Island, Botswana, Comoro Islands, Lesotho, Madagascar, Malawi, Mauritius, Mozambique, Namibia, Réunion, São Tomé and Príncipe, Seychelles, South Africa, Swaziland, Zambia, Zimbabwe, as well as St. Helena and Tristan da Cunha, which are both territories of the United Kingdom, along with the Kerguelen Islands, which is a territory of France.

It is sub-divided into four conferences and five missions.
