SSS islands

SSS islands

The SSS-islands consist of:
* Saba
* Saint Martin, which contains Sint Maarten
* Sint Eustatius

Saba, Sint maarten, and Sint Eustatius, are all parts of the Netherlands Antilles. The French overseas département of Saint-Martin, which occupies part of the island of Saint Martin, is sometimes, but not always, counted as part of the SSS-islands.

The acronym is analogous to the ABC islands of Aruba, Bonaire, and Curaçao, all of which are also either currently or formerly part of the Netherlands Antilles.
