Chesham Mosque is a mosque in Chesham, England. Completed in July 2005 but officially opened on 14 August 2005, Chesham Mosque is located on Bellingdon Road. The Imam of the mosque is Arif Hussain. The plot that the mosque is built on cost £331,000 to buy but the total cost of the mosque after completion is £1.6 million. The project started in January 1999 and all the money has been raised by collections and donations. School trips are regularly held for students to come and visit the mosque. The mosque is the heart of the Muslim community in Chesham.[1]
