Katrina Hodgkinson

Katrina Ann Hodgkinson (born 10 March 1966) is an Australian politician and a the member of the New South Wales Legislative Assembly. She has represented the Burrinjuck for the National Party of Australia since 1999. [cite web

She was born in Yass, New South Wales and educated at Canberra Girls' Grammar School and Narrabundah College, and Metropolitan Business College of New South Wales. She was a Technical and Further Education instructor from 1989 to 1991, owned a small business from 1989 to 1997 and worked for a property development company between 1996 and 1997. She was an adviser to Senator Nick Minchin, Minister for Industry, Science and Resources from 1997 to 1999. [cite web

Hodgkinson was elected to Parliament in 1999 and was a member of the Legislative Assembly Public Accounts Committee from 1999 to 2003 and the shadow Minister for Fair Trading and shadow Minister for Small Business from 2003 to 2005. She has been shadow Minister for Tourism since April 2005 and shadow Minister for Major Events since March 2006. [cite web
