Robert Joseph Nodar, Jr. (March 23, 1916 - September 11, 1974) was a Republican member of the United States House of Representatives from New York.

Nodar was born in Brooklyn. He served in the United States Army Air Force from March 18, 1942 until January 6, 1946 during World War II, becoming a Master Sergeant. He was elected to Congress in 1946 and served from January 3, 1947 until January 3, 1949. He died in Flushing, Queens.
