Ben Walter (born May 11, 1984 in Beaconsfield, Quebec) is a Canadian hockey player for the Bridgeport Sound Tigers of the American Hockey League and the New York Islanders of the National Hockey League. He is the son of former NHL player Ryan Walter.

Ben Walter played his first game for the Islanders on November 3, 2007. Walter scored his first NHL goal on March 11, 2008 against the Tampa Bay Lightning. It was Walter's only goal of the 2007-08 NHL season.
