The adductor hiatus is the termination of the adductor canal at the knee, in the adductor magnus muscle.

The femoral artery and femoral vein pass through the hiatus in adductor magnus. After they do, they are called the popliteal artery and popliteal vein. [SUNYAnatomyLabs|12|08|01|00 - "Anterior and Medial Thigh Region: Structures of the Adductor Canal"]
