Sotobō Line

Sotobō Line

Nihongo|Sotobō Line|外房線|Sotobō-sen is a railway line operated by the East Japan Railway Company along the Pacific Ocean, on the Eastern shore of the Bōsō Peninsula. It runs from Chiba Station in Chiba to Awa-Kamogawa Station in Kamogawa, passing through Ōami-Shirasato, Mobara, Chōsei, Ichinomiya, Isumi, Onjuku, and Katsuura. The line is connected on both ends to the Uchibō Line.

On this line, Limited Express and Rapid (Commuter Rapid) trains run.
*Limited Express "Wakashio":Tokyo - (Keiyo Line) - Soga - Awa-Kamogawa Station:(some of them are turned to local train between Katsuura and Awa-Kamogawa
*Rapid / Commuter Rapid
**Kurihama - (Yokosuka Line) - Tokyo - (Sōbu Line (Rapid)) - Soga - Kazusa-Ichinomiya
**Tokyo - (Keiyo Line) - Soga - Oami - Kazusa-Ichinomiya (partly Katasuura, or Naruto on Togane Line)
