The Bishop of Sherwood is an episcopal title given to a suffragan bishop in the Church of England Diocese of Southwell and Nottingham, which is within the Province of York, England."Crockford's Clerical Directory 2008/2009 (100th edition)", Church House Publishing (ISBN 978-0-7151-1030-0).] The title takes its name after the Royal forest of Sherwood in Nottinghamshire.
