cotland

The FRSA 2004 extended only to England and Wales, thus leaving the FSA 1947 in force in Scotland. Most of the 1947 Act was later repealed by the FSA 2005, which left [ [http://www.opsi.gov.uk/legislation/scotland/acts2005/50005--w.htm#sch4 Fire (Scotland) Act 2005 - Schedule 4 "Repeals"] ] ss. 26 to 27A (concerning the Firemen's Pension Scheme) still in force in Scotland.

Northern Ireland

The Act does not extend to Northern Ireland.
